I never received my initial account set up email?

Please review the following if you have not received the email. 
  1. Search your inbox. The email will come from "Maid as Needed" email address "support@maidasneeded.com"
  2. Please check your spam folder.
  3. If unable to find please go the account login page and click on "forgot password" then be on look out for email. 
Keep in mind if you completed your profile through the SMS message you do not need the email.
