Is there a penalty for canceling or rescheduling?

Our service is built for convenience and flexibility our policies are as follows

Reschedule- you are welcome to reschedule anytime without penalty or charge (we ask for 24 hours notice as a courtesy)
Cancelation- you are welcome to cancel anytime. If you cancel by 5:00pm EST the day prior to your cleaning there is no charge. If you cancel after 5:00pm EST there is a $50 charge.
